The steps are for Chrome browser and are similar for other browsers, however locations of buttons and wording may differ

  1. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the Chrome browser. Navigate to 'Settings' and click to open

  2. On the left side-menu, click on 'Security and Privacy'

    1. Once this is opened, click 'Cookies and other site data'

    2. Slowly scroll down until you can see the 'See all cookies and site data' option (situated below the 'Preload pages...' option, and above the 'Customized behaviors').

  3. Slowly scroll down until you can see the 'See all cookies and site data' option (situated below the 'Preload pages...' option, and above the 'Customized behaviors')

    1. You will then be presented with a list of cookies and data organized in alphabetical order.

  4. Scroll to the 'C's' and locate the 2 items labelled Cloud Stop Motion (one contains various storage - cache, local etc - and the service worker, the other contains the cookies).

    1. Delete both of these items by clicking on the appropriate trash can icon found on the right side of each of the items.
    2. Return to your Cloud Stop Motion tab and hit the 'Reload this page' circular icon to the left of the address bar. All future exports should now export and play as expected.
