Still have trouble logging in? Here are some FAQs that might help you out.


  1. I don't remember which e-mail was used to register my account. Ask your Chumbaka principal to check for you.

  2. I see Error 403 or Family Link won't allow sign-in when signing in with Google. ****You may sign in using username and password. Use Forgot Password to get your password if you don't remember it.

  3. I know which e-mail but don't know the password. ****Click Forgot Password, type in your e-mail, and then check your e-mail for instructions.

    OR you can ask your principal to resend instructions to your e-mail for you to re-set up the account.

  4. I can't log in to my own e-mail because I forgot my e-mail password so I cannot reset the Chumbaka World password. ****Try to use forgot password on that e-mail (and please remember them in the future because e-mail passwords are very important to be kept secret and safe!).

  5. I cannot use forgot password to get my password for my e-mail now (because of authentication needed, etc.) *****Take the responsibility to ****try again at home after class. Ask your parent/guardian for help. Make sure you can log in to account.chumbaka.asia after getting your e-mail password. *****

  6. I totally lost access to my e-mail. ****You have no choice but to re-register a new e-mail address and a Chumbaka World account (you will need to request your principal to share the registration link with you for the right class details).

  1. I don't use that e-mail anymore, I would like to change to another e-mail.
    1. Log into Chumbaka World.
    2. Click your username, then click Edit Profile.
    3. Change your e-mail address and click Save Changes.
