Step 1: Access the Parent Portal

  1. Go to Chumbaka Parent Portal — https://portal.chumbaka.asia/login

Alternatively, visit chumbaka.asia and click on the 🔍 button, and select

Step 2: Start the Login Process

  1. Select the green “I AM A PARENT” button, when in School Management System (SMS) page.

  1. Enter your registered email address.

    Note: You do not need a password. We use secure sign-in links for your security.

    If unsure, you can:

  2. Click “SEND SIGN-IN LINK”.

Step 3: Start the Login Process

  1. Open your inbox and look for an email from Chumbaka with the subject: "Your Parent Portal Sign-In Link".

  2. Click the blue "Sign in to Parent Portal" button inside that email.

    Important: You must click this link on the same device (phone or laptop) where you originally requested it. The link expires in 60 minutes.

Step 4: Explore Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you can manage everything from one place:
